R/N, Nutritionist, Colon Therapist, Meditation instructor and Healer

Ayesha has been a registered nurse for over 20 years, working in both the public and private sectors, internationally .
She has practiced as a Nutritionist for over 13 years,
Her journey as a colon therapist started more than 8 years ago.
After years of practice with Reiki, other forms of energy and crystal healing, lead Ayesha to trust deeply in their healing abilities and our ability to heal under particular circumstances.
After practising Meditation for some time, she trained as a meditation instructor and held various meditation and mindfulness classes, workshops and retreats.
She soon met her teacher from Nepal, and was thought the traditional form of sound healing with the Tibetan singing bowls

Brad has worked in the hospitality industry for over 20 years, in the UK, USA and Australia
He enjoys working with people.
He has always been passionate about health and wellness.
Brad has been a nutritionist for over 13 years, with a focus on sports nutrition,
He gained alot of his experience providing nutritional consultations and working in various health food stores.
He is also deeply passionate about Martial arts, practising different types of martial arts for over 25 years,
this includes kung fu, Arnis and Brazilian jujitsu.
My martial arts practice has thought me many great lessons, most importantly creating balance in my daily life.
